SANSON (former project title: "Arms") is a 2D-platformer where the player controls a fragile crystal sphere and has to overcome deadly obstacles to reach the goal. The prototype was developed within a period of three months at HTW Berlin.

To move along the level the player is only able to use ray-like grabbing hooks to pull themselves up to distant places or adjust the flight direction.
This project was my first contact with the game engine Unity. I was mostly responsible for the level design, the death animation of the player character, the user interface and also the balancing of the player controls and the general game speed. I also provided UI elements for the menu and sound effects.
After the three month the game was presented and exhibited at the GameSpace, an intern convention at our university featuring the current projects of the game system design students. The development of every game project was supervised by our lecturers Prof. Susanne Brandhorst, Prof. Thomas Bremer and Sven Gorholt.
